Refund Policy

Pro seat (monthly or annual)
Cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Within seven days of a first purchase, ask for a refund and you get it in full, no questions. After that, monthly seats are not refunded for partial months; annual seats are refunded pro rata for full unused months if you ask.
Category reports (one-time)
A report is delivered as a page you can read immediately. If a number in it is wrong and we cannot correct it within seven days of you telling us, we refund the report in full. Otherwise reports are final once delivered.
Growth service
The diagnosis is free. The monthly package is billed in advance; cancel before the next period to stop. A period already started is not refunded, except that if we fail to deliver the weekly ledger in a period we refund that period.
How to ask
Through Whop's checkout (Whop processes refunds) or by writing to the support address. Refunds go to the original payment method.
