What this covers
These terms apply to paidonsocial.com, the products sold under the name Paid on Social on Whop, and the data, reports and services they contain. By using the site or buying a product you accept them.
What we sell
Counts and analysis of paid communities on Whop and Skool, read from their public product pages: a free daily feed, a paid seat on the full table ("Paid on Social Pro"), one-time category reports, and a growth service for community operators. Every number carries the date it was read and links to the page it came from.
What we never sell
Signals, alerts, picks, trading calls or investment advice of any kind. Nothing on the site or in a product is a recommendation to buy, join, trade or bet. Trading and betting communities are counted like every other community and are never linked or promoted.
Accuracy
Numbers are read by machine from public pages on the date shown and can be wrong when a page changes or a read fails. If you think a number is wrong, send us the page; we re-read it the next morning and correct the record. We make no promise about the future performance of any community, product or method described.
Your account and seat
A Pro seat is for one person. Sharing a seat, scraping the table, or reselling the data as your own ends the seat without refund. You may quote our numbers with a link to the page they came from.
Partner links
Some links to communities carry our Whop partner tag and are marked as such. If you join through one, the community pays us a share of your subscription; the count on our page is the same either way.
Payments, cancellation, refunds
Purchases are made through Whop under Whop's checkout terms. Monthly seats can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Content you send us
If you send a correction, a badge request or a diagnosis request, you give us the right to read the public page you point to and to publish the corrected number. We do not publish your email.
Liability
The site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Paid on Social is not liable for losses arising from use of the numbers, the reports or the service; our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
